York Road Nursery School is a Local Education Authority Nursery which is situated close to the centre of Hitchin in Hertfordshire. The School was built in 1941 as a day nursery taking babies until school age which enabled mothers to go into war work. Our nursery is steeped in history and many generations have attended.
